Since our brand operates on a pre-order basis, all items will take approximately 80 days to reach us. Once we receive and process your order, we will ship it out promptly using the methods outlined below.

We provide biweekly updates on our progress via our social media platforms, so you can stay informed about the status of your order.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Within Canada, we offer free standard shipping via Canada Post, with delivery taking approximately 10-14 business days once your order is shipped.

Customs and Duties                                                                                              Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are determined by the local customs authority.

A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD applies to the United States. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will arrive approximately 10-14 business days after dispatch. 

Internationally, we ship through FedEx or USPS, and shipping rates will vary based on your location. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs. Delivery times will depend on the destination and chosen carrier.

Order Tracking
As soon as we receive and process your product, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
